Excalibur Skid Mount

The Excalibur Skid Mount is designed specifically for swimming pool plaster contractors. The equipment comes complete with an Excalibur plaster pump (hydraulic or gear box) and a 1010 Powermix mixer set up as a left-hand dump.

The Excalibur Skid Mount is designed to mix & pump swimming pool finish plaster and pebble surface products. There is no better pump for the new pebble finishes, swimming pool finish, simulated rock formations, and many other cement-based products.

Engine & Parts (Hydraulic):

  • 57 horsepower fuel saving Hatz diesel engine.
  • Easy access station for Zerk grease fittings making for longer lasting equipment life.
  • Heavy duty steel manifold for longer operating life and reduced maintenance.
  • Quincy compressor with auto unloader for continuous independent operation at maximum airflow.

Engine And Operation (Gear Box):

  • Wisconsin 30 HP Gas Engine and 210 Quincy Air Compressor (diesel engine optional)
  • Hydraulically Powered Mixer, resulting in minimal maintenance and no mechanical failure
  • Reciprocating Pistons, Crank, and Cam
  • Infinite, separate speed controls for mixer, and 4 speed ratios for pump

Mixer:

  • Hydraulically Powered Mixer, resulting in minimal maintenance and no mechanical failure
  • Rugged, helically designed cast mixer blades
  • Able to mix material consistently, thoroughly, and splash-free
  • Half spout mixer
  • 14 cubic foot heavy gauge steel mixer bowl (17 cubic foot optional)

  • 9 cubic foot hopper

  • Pumps in excess of 500 feet of material hose
  • Handles all varieties of plaster, pebble, stucco, and fireproofing material
