Every Spray Force Hurricane Series machine and the Excalibur Hydra series use a state-of-the-art oil system with an oil system cooler. From previous generation machines, the size of the oil tank has been reduced 50% to cut down on unnecessary equipment weight and reduce the cost of required maintenance. Included in the oil system is an oil replacement indicator to give the user a constant update on the status of the oil running the equipment. Oil change needs have never been easier to determine. This newly developed high efficiency oil system is placed at the top of the rack, using gravity properly to aid in the delivery of fluid to the pump, ensuring long lasting equipment and essential equipment parts.

Other manufacturers use a standard oil system with some oil tanks placed below the pump, causing the system to work against the force of gravity.
