2. How long have you been in business?

Spray Force Mfg. Inc., has been in business since 1968. We are a family owned and operated business. Many of our employees have been with us since the early '70s.

3. How long does it take to get a machine, once ordered?

Depending on the size of the machine and the orders we are working on, production of a machine could take from 1 week to 6 weeks. We could already have your machine in stock, however, so it's always best to call and see. Each machine is manufactured/assembled from the ground up at our plant in Fresno, CA.

4. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 20% deposit.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

For domestic orders of parts, we accept Visa, Mastercard or a Cashier's Check. For international orders, we require a wire transfer of funds to our account.

6. How is the machine delivered to me?

We ship all of our machines by common carrier (truck). We will also ship internationally.

7. Will I recieve any documentation with the machine?

Yes. Every machine ships with a comprehensive manual. It is well written and should be all you need, but if any further assistance is necessary, we're just a phone call away.

8. What if I need service or parts?

Our Service and Parts Department is ready and waiting to serve you. If you call us before 12 noon to order a part, it will be shipped that same day. We know you need to get back up and running.
