The Hurricane 100 XR (pictured right) an 150 XRHR (pictured left) are small, hydraulically operated, towable drywall mixer
machines. The 'HR' denotes a "high rise" version of the machine, designed with a telescopic axle and removable tongue to fit into a freight elevator.
The Hurricane 100 XR features a 120 gallon stainless steel mixing tank with a 2L4 rotor stator pump. The Hurricane 150 XR features a 144 gallon stainless steel mixing tank with a 2L4 rotor stator
pump. Both machines come standard with an Automatic Self Compensating "Smart System" that automatically adjusts hydraulic oil flow to save fuel and reduce equipment wear & tear. The hydraulic drive allows for infinite speed control over the mixer and
pump for your various pumping requirements.
This full range of pumping speeds
can accommodate drywall texture, acoustic (popcorn), EIFS, fireproofing, finish
plaster, sand/cement slurries, and many other highly viscous and abrasive materials.
Both models are ideal for high-rise application, should you choose that option. The high rise models, Hurricane 100 XRHR and 150 XRHR, have a telescopic axle and removable tongue, allowing them to fit through entry ways and into freight elevators. High rise versions of the models are usually equiped with a 15HP 3-phase electric motor for easy indoor use. Both machines are capable of being towed by a small truck.
